Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition – unused, undamaged, and clean. We cannot issue a refund for any item that is worn, stained, or deteriorated.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original method of payment.
